RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. General Information

This policy governs the conditions applicable to the purchase of the product THE BIBLE IN PIXELS, marketed through the website:

The website is owned and operated by ETERNAL BOOKS, a company operating from Spain.

All copies are produced under a Print on Demand (POD) model, meaning each book is individually manufactured only after the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.


2. Non-Returnable Products

In accordance with applicable regulations concerning goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods, all products are non-returnable once the order has been confirmed.

Due to the Print on Demand production process, we do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Order cancellations

  • Refund requests

  • Exchanges

This includes, without limitation:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Errors in shipping information provided by the customer

  • Personal preferences after ordering

  • Delivery delays outside of our control

  • Refusal to accept delivery

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.


3. Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Products

A replacement will be issued at no additional cost to the customer exclusively in the following cases:

  • The book arrives physically damaged

  • The product contains printing or manufacturing defects

  • The received item does not match the confirmed order

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. The sole remedy available is replacement of the defective item, subject to verification.

We reserve the right to request supporting evidence before approving any replacement.


4. Time Limit to Report Issues

Any claim regarding damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


5. Claim Procedure

To request a replacement, the customer must contact:

The email must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Incomplete claims may delay processing.

Once the information has been reviewed and validated, further instructions will be provided.


6. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

Pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods.

Since all copies of THE BIBLE IN PIXELS are printed on demand after purchase confirmation, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

For customers located outside the European Union, local consumer laws may apply; however, given the custom production nature of the product, returns and refunds remain excluded except as expressly stated in Section 3.

un dato que olvidé comentarte es que además de la Unión Europea, esta biblia se venderá en todo el mundo, por lo cual las políticas tienen que ser abarcativas, sobre todo a los Estados Unidos y países importantes como México, como a Perú, todo Europa, Centroamérica, Colombia.

  • Ser globalmente aplicable.

  • Incluir cláusula de limitación de responsabilidad.

  • Incluir aclaración sobre leyes locales obligatorias.

  • Estar alineada con estándares de Shopify, Stripe y FTC (EE. UU.).

  • Reducir riesgo de chargebacks internacionales.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this production method and the conditions outlined in this policy.


2. No Returns, No Cancellations, No Refunds

Due to the custom-made and print-on-demand nature of the product, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Order cancellations after confirmation

  • Refund requests

  • Exchanges

This includes, without limitation:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Personal preference

  • Pricing changes after purchase

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events

  • Refusal to accept delivery

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees that the order cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

A replacement will be issued at no additional cost only in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives physically damaged

  • There is a verified manufacturing or printing defect

  • The wrong item was shipped

Refunds are not offered. The exclusive remedy available is replacement of the defective item, subject to verification.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request photographic evidence

  • Request destruction of the defective item

  • Deny claims that lack sufficient proof


4. Timeframe for Claims

All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

6. International Sales & Consumer Rights

THE BIBLE IN PIXELS is sold worldwide, including but not limited to:

  • United States

  • European Union

  • Mexico

  • Peru

  • Colombia

  • Central America

  • Other international territories

Due to the Print on Demand nature of the product, it qualifies as a custom-made good. As such, return and withdrawal rights may not apply in many jurisdictions.

Where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply and cannot legally be excluded, those rights remain unaffected. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, returns and refunds are excluded except as expressly provided in Section 3.

Customers are responsible for understanding the import regulations and consumer laws applicable in their country.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ETERNAL BOOKS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays, import taxes, duties, or carrier-related issues once the order has been shipped.


8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

However, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence may apply where required by law.
